HVEG Fashion Group announces the acquisition of Sassa Mode Group
Leusden, Netherlands – HVEG Group BV, operating under the name HVEG Fashion Group (“HVEG”), a leading player in the fashion industry, has successfully acquired Sassa Mode. This strategic move marks a new milestone in HVEG’s growth strategy and strengthens its position in the women’s underwear and lingerie market.
Sassa Mode will benefit from HVEG’s expertise and international network. This provides new opportunities for innovation and expansion of the product range, with HVEG committed to preserving Sassa Mode’s strong brand identity while optimizing operations for future growth.
Following the acquisition, the combined turnover in 2024 will be approximately 160 million euros, with Sassa Mode being further developed as an independent business unit. This means that Sassa Mode will retain its own European market approach. The strong infrastructure and market position, built with its own sales offices in Germany, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, was a key consideration for HVEG in the acquisition.
