HVEG Investments BV, operating under HVEG Fashion Group, has acquired Jomo Fashion from Enschede. Through this acquisition, HVEG aims to continue its growth strategy and expand its ability to serve customers both domestically and internationally. HVEG acquired the fashion company from Bencis Capital, which had it in its portfolio since 2007.
Jomo Fashion is a profitable fashion specialist in the private label segment. For over 40 years, Jomo has developed successful private label collections for major European retail chains and fashion stores. These collections include clothing for babies, children, women, and men. Jomo Fashion is a market leader in baby and children’s collections.
Following the acquisition, Jomo Fashion will be further developed as an independent company within HVEG Group. This means that both Jomo Fashion and Fashion Linq will retain their own market approaches. Both fashion companies will benefit from each other’s knowledge and experience after the acquisition, enabling them to become an even stronger European fashion player.
